1. Black dots appear on the LCD screen.

Polarizers are like aluminum foil. When it sinks it won't bounce back. This results in differences in the presence of reflections and dark parts of the LCD panel. The part is easy to find under the white screen, and the general size is more than ten square millimeters. This is the size of your thumb. Although this phenomenon does not affect the service life of the LCD screen, users should pay more attention. Do not press the LCD screen with your fingers.
2. No display on the screen
The screen of the building advertising machine is not displayed, but the indicator light is flashing. Users should check that the signal cable between the monitor and the computer is securely connected, and that the signal cable socket is disconnected or bent.
3. The LCD screen is black
Regardless of whether there is a black screen on the wall of the building advertising machine or on the vertical building advertising machine, and the phenomenon of "signal out of sync range" or "no ringing", the signal of the advertising machine is generally beyond the display range. The advertising machine monitor detected an abnormal signal and stopped working. The user can try restarting the ad machine.
4. The advertising machine has no sound
If the building advertising machine is not perfect, the user can first open the back cover of the LCD advertising machine, check the power supply on the driver board with a multimeter, and then check whether the speaker wire is connected normally. If there is noise from the speaker, it means that the driver board of the advertising machine is damaged, and you should contact the advertising machine manufacturer to replace it immediately. Do not disassemble the machine without permission.
5. The advertising machine often crashes
In daily applications, the building advertising machine appears in a crash state. We need to check whether it is the system, the motherboard, or the driver. For example, the incompatibility between the system and the motherboard will also cause a blue screen of crash and other phenomena. Check the software installed more, some software is not compatible with the system, it will also lead to crashes, blue screen, card, check the driver problems to eliminate program installation problems.
6. No response when powered on
If the building advertising machine does not respond after plugging in the power, the user can try to remove the wall-mounted advertising machine, open the back cover of the wall-mounted advertising machine, and check whether the dedicated power supply is turned on, and whether the existing materials are closed or loose. Specific method: If the indicator light is 10000, if the indicator light is normal, the power is turned on. In order to solve the power problem, the user should check the decoder board, advertising machine driver board, high voltage belt, speakers, LCD screen, etc. If there is no power supply, it means there is something wrong with the components of the advertising machine.
7. There is an interference pattern on the screen.
Interference patterns appear on the screen when the building advertising agency is turned off, usually due to signal interference from the graphics card. This is a normal phenomenon and can be resolved by adjusting the phase automatically or manually.
